CIN Legal Data Services has partnered with leading US Trustee Approved Credit Counseling and Debtor Education providers to offer customers 24/7 access to the required counseling courses. Customers can place counseling orders via CIN Legal Data Services' website, and will receive all status information and completed certificates in real time once the respective courses have been completed.
Clients for whom courses are ordered can access the respective course instructions, as well as links to the approved providers, via the CIN Legal Data Services website. When accessing approved provider material, clients will also be able to access other due diligence services ordered on their behalf.
