Tom Midkiff, Chairman
Maintaining over 30 years of credit reporting and information technology experience, Mr. Midkiff oversees the strategic direction of CIN Legal Data Services in his position as chairman. Mr. Midkiff began his career in the credit reporting industry automating a number of Chilton Corporation repository bureau affiliates. Mr. Midkiff acted in various capacities within Chilton's affiliate structure and assisted with their initial move to automated credit reporting. Mr. Midkiff was a co-founder of ExpressClose.com prior to its sale to Radian Group (NYSE: RDN) and is was also a founding member of The National Credit Reporting Association Inc. (NCRA)
Lee Midkiff, Chief Operating Officer & Director
A graduate of Indiana University , Lee Midkiff brings nine (9) years of information and technology fulfillment experience to CIN Legal Data Services. As EVP & COO, Mr. Midkiff oversees day-to-day operations at CIN Legal Data Services Dayton headquarters as well technical and development operations.
From 1994 - 1999 Mr. Midkiff acted as Credit Infonet's Sr. VP in charge of technical operations. Prior to returning to Credit Infonet in November 2001, Mr. Midkiff spent two and a half years as a co-founder and COO of ExpressClose.com, an Internet based mortgage fulfillment company sold to Radian Group (NYSE: RDN) in October of 2000. Mr. Midkiff is a former Board Member of NCRA; the National Credit Reporting Association.

Russ Russell, Chief Customer Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the credit and financial services industry, Mr. Russ Russell oversees CIN Legal Data Services' customer care, client implementation and management of strategic partner relationships. As CIN Legal Data Services Chief Customer Officer, Mr. Russell is responsible for meeting the company's goal of ensuring client satisfaction at all times through the client acquisition and client retention process. Mr. Russell's industry experience includes nineteen years in the credit reporting industry in various sales and executive management positions for Trans Union, Equifax and Innovis. In 2000 Mr. Russell joined with Tom and Lee Midkiff, the co-founders of ExpressClose.com, a Dayton based Internet mortgage fulfillment company that closed in excess of one hundred thousand refinance and home equity loans in all 50 states. Mr. Russell is a member of the NACBA.

Denise Young - Smith, Director of Consumer Products
As General Counsel & Director of Consumer Products for CIN Legal Data Services, Denise Young is responsible for advising the officers and management team on legal and compliance matters, as well as overseeing day to day account management operations. Ms. Young is a graduate of Miami University and the William Howard Taft College of Law at the University of Cincinnati, and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio (admitted in 1996) and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (admitted in 2001). Prior to joining CIN Legal Data Services, Denise practiced in the areas of real property law; estate planning, probate, elder law; and consumer bankruptcy law. Ms. Young is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Ray Brown, Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology for CIN Legal Data Services, Ray Brown is responsible for ensuring that all software development processes and technological infrastructure design meet the expectations of both CIN clients and partners. Mr. Brown maintains 25 years of Information Technology experience having spent time in various capacities with firms such as General Electric and Reynolds & Reynolds. Most recently, Mr. Brown spent five years with Radian Group (NYSE: RDN), first as a VP of Information Services for a Radian Group subsidiary, and then as a Group Level VP over Radian's global infrastructure.
