Lee Midkiff, Chief Executive Officer

A graduate of Indiana University , Lee Midkiff brings eleven (11) years of information and technology fulfillment experience to CIN Legal Data Services. As EVP & COO, Mr. Midkiff oversees day-to-day operations at CIN Legal Data Services Dayton headquarters as well technical and development operations.

From 1994 - 1999 Mr. Midkiff acted as Credit Infonet's Sr. VP in charge of technical operations. Prior to returning to Credit Infonet in November 2001, Mr. Midkiff spent two and a half years as a co-founder and COO of ExpressClose.com, an Internet based mortgage fulfillment company sold to Radian Group (NYSE: RDN) in October of 2000. Mr. Midkiff is a former Board Member of NCRA; the National Credit Reporting Association.
