Denise Young - Smith, Director of Consumer Products
As General Counsel & Director of Consumer Products for CIN Legal Data Services, Denise Young is responsible for advising the officers and management team on legal and compliance matters, as well as overseeing day to day account management operations. Ms. Young is a graduate of Miami University and the William Howard Taft College of Law at the University of Cincinnati, and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio (admitted in 1996) and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (admitted in 2001). Prior to joining CIN Legal Data Services, Denise practiced in the areas of real property law; estate planning, probate, elder law; and consumer bankruptcy law. Ms. Young is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
