With over 25 years of experience in the credit and financial services industry, Mr. Russ Russell oversees CIN Legal Data Services' customer care, client implementation and management of strategic partner relationships. As CIN Legal Data Services Chief Customer Officer, Mr. Russell is responsible for meeting the company's goal of ensuring client satisfaction at all times through the client acquisition and client retention process. Mr. Russell's industry experience includes nineteen years in the credit reporting industry in various sales and executive management positions for Trans Union, Equifax and Innovis. In 2000 Mr. Russell joined with Tom and Lee Midkiff, the co-founders of ExpressClose.com, a Dayton based Internet mortgage fulfillment company that closed in excess of one hundred thousand refinance and home equity loans in all 50 states. Mr. Russell is a member of the NACBA.
